With Proof of Purchase
If the product you have purchased from New Vision Distributors Ltd is faulty, damaged, inedible, or defective, we will happily refund the purchase price using your original payment method or exchange the product.
New Vision Distributors Ltd reserves the right to have the product assessed for acceptable quality before providing a remedy.
To make a claim under our Returns Policy, you must provide a valid receipt and notify us within 24 hours of receiving the item. Any cost incurred by you in returning the item to the store will be borne by you.

If You Have Changed Your Mind
In addition to claims for faulty or defective products, we will happily provide a refund using your original payment method or exchange for Zon Teasan where you have changed your mind, provided you return the product to us unopened, in its original packaging, and with a valid receipt within 24 hours of receiving the item.
